This healthy 21 year old female was interested in breast augmentation. Her bra size was a 34 A, and she wanted to be a 34 C. She was noted to have a mild deformity of her chest and sternum (pectus excavatum). She underwent breast augmentation using an incision in the breast fold. Smooth, saline implants were placed under the pectoralis muscle. Her postoperative course was uneventful. The photographs show her result six weeks after the procedure. She is a very pleased with her new shape. The new shape has made her more confident and comfortable with her clothes off. As you can see she has excellent shape and symmetry. She is now a 34 C.
