This healthy, 51-year-old registered nurse had given birth to four children. She wanted to correct the ravages of pregnancy. She was interested in breast lift and tummy tuck. She had previously had her gallbladder removed as well as a hysterectomy. Her bra size was a 40 B, and she wanted to be a C cup. During one surgery under general anesthesia she underwent circumferential liposuction of the trunk, tummy tuck, and breast lift with placement of silicone gel implants under the muscle. 3600 ML of fat was removed from around the trunk with liposuction. 1417 g of skin and fat was removed with the tummy tuck. The breast lift was performed in conjunction with placement of silicone gel implants under the muscle. The volume of the implants was 203 cc. Her recovery was uneventful. She is very pleased with the results. Three months after the surgery, her weight is down 3 pounds. Her pant and dress size went from a size 12 to a size 8. She now wears a 38 C bra. Her waist went from 37 inches to 33 inches. Her hips went from 41 1/2 inches to 38 1/2 inches. The photographs shown were taken three months after the procedure.
