It is very pleasant 37 year old professional female was referred by her sister, who had undergone a mommy makeover (breast lift with implants, abdominoplasty, and a circumferential trunk liposuction) after delivering twins. She had also had two children. Despite exercising three times a week she was unable to get the results she was looking for. Most of her weight was located in the central trunk area. In addition, she was unhappy happy with her breast shape. She underwent circumferential trunk liposuction, abdominoplasty, and breast lift with placement of silicone gel implants underneath the muscle. 3700 cc of fat was liposuctioned from her backside. An additional 1800 cc of fat was removed from her abdomen. The amount of tissue removed with the tummy tuck was 3.6 pounds. Her surgery was uneventful. After her surgery she was motivated to eat healthier and exercise on a regular basis. Six months after the procedure her weight was down 22 pounds from before surgery. Her waist measurement went from 38 1/2 inches to 32 inches. The hip measurement went from 45 1/2 inches to 40 inches. Her pants size went down 2 sizes. She was more comfortable and energetic and more confident wearing a bathing suit at the swimming pool. Her bra size went from a 38 D to a 36 D. Her photographs were taken six months after her surgery.
