This forty-eight-year-old female was referred by another please patient who had undergone breast augmentation. She had lost twenty pounds and noticed that most of this weight had come off her breasts. She was a 34B cup and wanted to be a full C to a small D cup. She was 5’7” and weighed 143 pounds. Her left breast was a little bit larger than the right breast. To get the best shape to her breasts, she needed both augmentation with an implant to give her upper pole fullness, and reshaping of the breasts with a lift. She underwent breastlift with placement of silicone gel implants under the muscle. Photographs ten weeks after the procedure show excellent shape and symmetry. Her breasts are soft, and her scars are fading nicely. The scars will continue to fade over the next few months. She is now a 34 full C.
