This 28-year-old woman lost 30 pounds over the last two years by changing her diet and exercising more. The weight loss brought many benefits, but it also left her with one breast that was slightly larger and had more sagging than the other. That's why she came to Genesis Cosmetic Surgery considering breast enhancement in St. Louis. Originally a 34B, she wanted to be a more proportional C cup.
