Brown spots, broken capillaries and other undesirables from photoaging are easy targets for light–based systems that repair these unwanted skin changes in color, pigmentation, and texture through a process called photorejuvenation. Using relatively low-energy, short-pulse broadband light, imperfections such as redness of rosacea, superficial blood vessels, brown discoloration, age spots and other discolored signs of photoaging can be gently heated and eliminated, replaced by newer, younger looking skin.
