Greta, BSN, RN, CNOR, RNFA
Greta has been with Genesis since 1999. As a registered nurse, she handles our entire clinical nursing patient care and also assists in surgery. Greta works closely with the patient and Dr. Jones to ensure that all of the clinical work is in order and ready for the big day. You will see Greta the day of your surgery, as she will be there to assist Dr. Jones with your surgery. Her voice is the one you’ll hear after surgery checking in with you and making sure that all of your needs are met. From the first visits to when stitches are removed, Greta is there to provide care, re-assurance, and answer questions.

Dawn, Medical Esthetician
Dawn is a licensed esthetician with advanced training in medical laser treatments, as well as pharmaceutical grade skin care. Under the direct supervision of Dr. Jones, Dawn works closely with patients to make their skin beautiful and healthy. Whether your concerns are hair removal, pigmentation, redness, texture, or tone, Dawn will help you look your best. Dawn, who has practiced aesthetics since 2000, will help you understand the health of your skin, from the inside out.

Judy, Patient Coordinator
Judy has over 8 years experience working with Genesis. She is a real people person with a warm, friendly and caring attitude who really enjoys working with patients. As Patient Coordinator, she is a great source of information about Genesis, including questions about the procedure and services we offer. She assists patients with their surgery choices and coordinates the scheduling of surgery. Her goal with every patient is for him or her to feel ready, organized and excited when their surgery day arrives.

Nikki, Receptionist
Nikki is often the calm voice on the other end of the phone and she can be counted on to quickly answer your questions and efficiently connect you with the resources you need. Nikki’s warm and friendly face is the first one you will see when you come in for your consultation. She is an essential part of the Genesis team and helps make your experience with us a comfortable and enjoyable one.

Lisa, Office Manager
Lisa joined Genesis in 2005. She has over 20 years of experience as a Medical Office Manager. She studied business at Southeast Missouri State University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in 1983. Lisa coordinates all business operations, including medical insurance questions, billing, and marketing. Her passion for the medical/aesthetics industry is a perfect match for this professional who thrives in an innovative, progressive organization.
